The full set of equipment provided by NFLG's is mainly composed of feeding equipment, jaw crusher, impact crusher, circular vibrating screen, muck screen, vertical shaft impact crusher, storage and transportation, dust removal equipment, etc., the production line has a high degree of automation, high crushing efficiency and large output, and the output of the equipment is as high as 1000 tons, which effectively meets the customer's production capacity needs.

After the pre-screening process, the material is conveyed to two A7S jaw crushers for the first crushing, and the material is made to reach less than 250mm through the extrusion between the jaw plates, so as to achieve the subsequent efficient secondary crushing. After crushing, the material and the muck screen return material are transported to the transfer bin through the aggregate conveyor to ensure the continuous full-load operation of the subsequent impact crusher.
After jaw crushing, the 0-250mm semi-finished material enters the impact crusher, and the impact crusher further crushes the material to below 70mm, and conveys it to 4 circular vibrating screens through the belt conveyor for screening. Among them, the circular vibrating screen will screen the material above 40mm and return it to the impact crusher to continue crushing. For materials below 40mm, 0-10mm all enter the sand making transfer bin, and 10-20mm, 20-30mm, and 30-40mm materials are selected to enter the finished product bin or into the sand making transfer bin through the screening machine and the discharge two-way belt conveyor.
At the other end, the raw materials of the sand making line are evenly fed to the vertical shaft impact crusher by the 5000 tons of sand making temporary storage bin through the inclined belt, and the main machine adopts the centrifugal crushing method without throwing hammer, and realizes the rotor to crush, crush and shape the raw materials entering the crusher through the principle of "stone to stone", so as to realize self-generated crushing, and effectively improve the particle shape of the finished sand.
Subsequently, the stones larger than 4.75mm are further screened by the screening machine, and returned to the main sand making machine through the return belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The 0-4.75mm finished sand used for concrete enters the humidifier, and the water volume is controlled and evenly stirred to prevent sand segregation, so as to ensure that the finished sand is in a saturated and dry state, and the 0-4.75mm finished sand is transported to the finished silo for storage through the discharge belt conveyor.
Walking into the finished material on site, you can see that it uses a belt conveyor for aggregate transportation and distribution, combined with spray spraying to suppress dust, which can minimize dust pollution. In addition, the finished material can be transported to the finished material loading port through the underground belt of the finished product warehouse, and the aggregates produced at all levels can be sold separately, and the finished product warehouse can also be used as a transit warehouse.
The production line is equipped with environmentally friendly dust removal equipment, and the stone powder collected by the dust collector of the crushing line and sand making line is evenly transported to the stone powder tank through the scraper, which is both environmentally friendly and beautiful, and has set a new environmental protection benchmark for the local fixed crushing and sand making production line!
