LBNZ Counter-flow Integrated Asphalt Mixing Plant

NFLG LBNZ counter-flow integrated asphalt mixing plant integrates environmental protection and recycling . The plant implements significant technological innovation and upgrading on the basis of hot recycling asphalt mixing plant. Counter-flow heating technology is used to control the temperature of the flame hot air heating the recycled material at about 450-650℃, and the low temperature is evenly heated to maintain the recycled material. It can achieve large-scale, high-quality thermal regeneration and the production of multi-variety asphalt mixtures.

南方路机LBNZ逆流整体式沥青混合料搅拌设备，集环保、再生于一体，在原有厂拌热再生设备基础上进行大幅技术创新和升级，采用逆流加热技术，加热再生料的火焰热风温度控制在450-650℃左右，低温均匀加热，保证再生料不老化。可实现大比例、高质量的热再生和多品种沥青混合料生产。
