👷♂️ Meet Huajun Lei, Mechanical Design Engineer and one of the most quietly impactful forces on our team for the past 16 years.

“Engineering is about perspective,” Huajun says. “You learn to see challenges from all sides — and grow, not just as an engineer, but as a person.”

From day one, Huajun has stood out for his hands-on mindset. "While many think engineers just design behind a computer, I've always been hands-on. Understanding the practical side of my designs helps me create solutions that work. 🔨⚙️

One of his proudest achievements? The 300t Crawler Mobile Cone Crusher 🚛 — designed under time pressure, it was a big challenge, but with hard work and strong team spirit, it became a big success in the market.

Outside of work, Huajun’s known as the “Lucky Finder” 🍀 — after winning two company badminton tournaments 🏸 thanks to, as he puts it, “luck and good timing. I wasn't the best, but the best ones withdrew from the tournament.”

His advice to young engineers starting out:
