👷♀️ Meet Meiyun Chen, head of our Ready-Mix Concrete Division, and one of the longest-serving leaders in the company — 23 years of experience, innovation, and determination.

“Sometimes, the only way to solve a problem… is to stop trying to fix it fast — and start understanding it deeply.”

That’s what Meiyun did. When a key NFLG concrete mixer design started showing issues on-site, she didn’t just report it.

She packed her bags and spent six months on the construction site with her team. Observing. Testing. Tweaking everything from blade angles to feeding positions — until the problem was solved.

That’s the kind of leadership you don’t always see in a job title.

But it’s what Meiyun has been bringing to NFLG for the last two decades.

Today, she leads our Ready Mix Concrete Division with the same hands-on mindset. For her, real success isn’t just about output or sales — it’s about building stronger teams, sharpening technical skills, and creating space for innovation to thrive.

What she loves most?

When a new project demands new tech, and the whole team grows together. Each project is a puzzle — and for someone who’s endlessly curious, every puzzle is a chance to learn more than what’s on the blueprint.
