NFLG's machined sand particle size and shape testing plant is suitable for monitoring the morphological quality of dry and wet sand samples. It mainly includes feeding system, drying system, powder content measurement system, moisture content measurement system, dispersion system, and digital image processing system. It can detect the fineness modulus, particle gradation, particle shape, moisture content and powder content (particle size ≤ 0.15mm) of machined sand; the measurement software DIPP adopts one-click fully intelligent operation; the database SSDS software has rich customized reports generation capabilities.
