Originating from the world's most advanced Japanese sand-making plant, NFLG has innovatively developed T4 Ultrafine sand production plant. It is uniquely designed and precisely manufactured and is specially designed for extra fine sand. The plant integrates the features of high efficiency, large output, excellent particle shape, low power consumption, less wear, friendly environmental protection, high quality, and intelligence, and provides new productivity for the national industrial policy and the development of the sand and powder industry. The production line is equipped with a material distribution   adjustment device. When producing extra fine sand, it can produce medium grade and fine grade sand at the same time,which can meet the production needs of up to 7 types of graded sand.

It can be applied to various sand production line projects including special mortar,ceramic tile adhesive,real stone paint,quartz sand, glass sand, sheet sand, petroleum fracturing sand,etc.

VGS vertical shaft impact crusher

The rotor adopts a cutting structure and is developed for medium and low abrasive materials.

The three effects of impact, shearing and grinding are integrated into one to increase the crushing ratio and improve the particle shape.

The rotor can be quickly replaced and is suitable for different raw material processing.

RCAS air screen

Integrating air separation technology, the screening process realizes sand and powder separation.

Under the action of wind, the materials are spread evenly on the screen surface, resulting in high screening efficiency..

Equipped with 4 layers of screen meshes, a variety of finished products can be discharged.

Recycling filter

Effectively recover fine aggregates between 0.075-0.6mm to increase production.

Adjustable guide plate optimizes air flow path and stabilizes the reasonable gradation of finished sand.

Reduce dust removal load, reduce dust removal power consumption, and improve dust removal efficiency.

Centralized dust collection

Ensure that sand making plant operates under negative pressure.

Pulse dust removal technology, dust removal efficiency can reach 99%.
