Under the traditional model, the ultra-fine sand used in the production of special mortars mainly comes from river sand, which is not only costly and of unstable quality, but also consumes a lot of energy in the drying process, which easily causes waste of resources and environmental pollution. Although the medium sand making technology in the market is mature, the difficulties such as the difficulty of ultra-fine sand production technology, complex process, high powder content, and high energy consumption seriously restrict the development of the industry. NFLG independently developed an ultra-fine sand-special mortar all-in-one machine, which produces ultra-fine sand with a high yield rate, less stone powder, no extra drying step required, energy saving and environmental protection.
